Escaping From "Limited Situations" (For Short Story Slam Week 23)

Fires burn in streets,
Some friends are hurt, or dead,
911 is called to alert firefighters,
But I'm afraid, escaping from this madness of July.
.
The tongue of the fire licks subjects everywhere,
With the wing shooting up sky high,
Daydreams scatter, trees collapse,
Building rumble, what a curse.
.
Naked flames twist their heads,
Waving their arms to showcase,
It's dreadful to see such sexy performance,
It's bitterish to halt the sinful disgrace.
.
The free fire's speech differs,
with towering force and beyond,
I flee from such sad speech,
Gasping for air near a pond.

Zeros, Balloons, Daydreams...Summer Vacations!

Three Word Wednesday :3WW CCLXXIX

Zeros, like balloons,
represent colorful wishes.
.
Tongue-in-cheek moments,
wounds heals in your touches.
.
Everybody hurts sometimes,
Body buffers, in transition for unity.
.
You are my summer vacation,
I ride in your red car, relaxing.
.
Daydreaming is good
when it doesn't hurt someone...
.
I dream of grief,
with your hands scatter the worries away.
.
July's mid-night sky,
in your arms we intensify and fly.
